the complex and hasty worldwide changes in the areas of sciences, skills, values and criteria have forced most of the successful organizations throughout the world to shift their goals, methods and structures towards implementing creativity and innovation to provide a productive environment. in this essay, after having defined the concept of creativity, from every angle, the difference between creativity and innovation has been pointed out. in order to prepare the suitable conditions for the expansion and training of creativity to the employees of the organization, it's process and procedures have been discussed with different approaches. having in mind this presupposition that creativity creativity innovation requires the essence of a creative structure, some different structures including: project, matrix, molecular and at. last ad - hocracy structures come in between and are put forth then. this kind of structure how is the most suitable. one to be implemented for creative and innovative organizations. in the. discussing the creative environment, the possibility of providing the suitable conditions for that has been discussed in five basic and fundamental grounds. having accepted this as a matter of fact, that au innovative and creative organization needs. creative people, who can promote and maintain it's success, and when the critical conditions occure , their new and novel ideas fulfill the organization and societies' needs. based on broad researches, the characteristics of creative people has been discussed. one of the distinctive characteristics of creative organizations is to have a creative leader. the characteristies of a creative leader can be summarized in four important abilities, consisting of, the management of attention (percision), concept management, trust management and at last self management. briefly, in this essay, creative structure, environment, characteristics of creative people, group and also leader in innovative and creative organization has been discussed
